MEET LAUREN

Job: Client Experience Manager

What is your favorite part about your job? I love getting to connect with so many new people! I recently moved to Pensacola from Tennessee, and I instantly felt so welcomed by both my coworkers and clients! We also order Chick-fil-A at least 3 times a week for lunch…yes please!

Random fact about Lauren: I have the biggest sweet tooth ever…I can be found drinking a Dr. Pepper at 9 am and have no shame eating another cupcake (or cookie, or donut… you get the picture).

MEET MIA

Job: Studio Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I absolutely love everything that I get to do for my job, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be senior sessions! I love being able to talk through each senior’s ideas and inspiration to make each a unique experience! I also must say how much I love working with our team as they are all fabulous human beings!

Random fact about Mia: I’m bilingual! I’m a first-generation Italian and grew up with my dad always speaking Italian to me. (This is also why I talk too much with my hands!)

MEET LISA

Job: Studio Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? First, when a client LOVES the photos I’ve taken of them. It’s so rewarding to know they’re happy with my work! Another favorite part is my crazy, fun coworkers. I’m old enough to be their mother (most of them anyway), and half the time I have no idea what they’re talking about, but they are so fun, talented, and kind, and I love the way everyone supports and encourages each other!

Random fact about Lisa: I am a mother of 4 grown kids, but I can still manage to wakeboard when the opportunity arises! And most of my problems can be solved (at least temporarily) with chocolate and peanut butter!

MEET TONI

Job: Studio Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I love being able to work with like-minded, fun, and definitely quirky people. I am new here, but everyone has already made me feel like I am home.

Random fact about Toni: A bucket list item is to be able to pet a platypus. One day, it will be done!!

MEET CHELSI

Job: Associate Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I really love all the creative elements that go into this job. I love learning new techniques, experimenting with angles and working with clients to visualize their shoots in unique ways. I like to think of myself as more of a storyteller. Dreaming up new ways to tell the story of each shoot through an artistic lens keeps me inspired.

Random fact about Chelsi: We have a zoo! Well not literally, but we are pretty dang close. In the almost decade I have been with my husband we have managed to rescue 2 dogs and 3 cats. Needless to say, our Roomba was the best and most necessary home purchase we made last year!

MEET KATIE

Job: Associate Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I love getting to meet new people and capture little pieces of our clients’ everyday lives! I also love getting to go to work in such an amazing environment with some of my favorite people!!

Random fact about Katie: One of my biggest adventure goals in life is to see all 50 states, and I would eventually love to step foot on all 7 continents! So far, I have seen 68% of the United States, but only 3% of the world.

MEET KENDALL

Job: Lead Filmmaker + Associate Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I love my job! I love that I get to do what I love and be creative as a career! I get to see and capture some of the most beautiful moments in people’s lives. It is the best!

Random fact about Kendall: I am also our AKW team’s Lead Filmmaker! I get to work on both the photography and videography side of our team!

MEET TIFFANY

Job: Creative Director + Senior Associate Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I love our team!! They are an incredible group of talented, kind, funny, supportive women who make it such a pleasure to come to work every day!

Random fact about Tiffany: I took up powerlifting as a hobby in my late 30s and at 41 years old will compete in my first ever powerlifting competition! Proof positive that it is NEVER too late to try something new!

MEET AISLINN

Job: Owner + Lead Photographer

What is your favorite part about your job? I love meeting and getting to know so many different types of people – and especially to know that I have a role in creating photos that could become family heirlooms one day!

Random fact about Aislinn: My first job was as a tap dance instructor. Also, I can recite all 50 states, in alphabetical order, in 16 seconds.
