Where is your photo studio located?

The Wave studio is in downtown Pensacola, Florida. We service Pensacola Beach, Destin, Gulf Breeze, Navarre Beach, Perdido Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores.

Who will be my photographer?

Wave is a team of experienced, full-time professional photographers (see this page to read a bit more about each of them). Your session will be photographed by one of these photographers. If you have a special request for a specific photographer, please make sure we know at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to accommodate that request!

What is included in the initial investment?

Your initial investment covers the time and talent of your Wave photographer. Products such as prints, digital files, and wall art can all be purchased during your ordering appointment, which takes place either right away (for studio sessions), or the day after your session (for beach and location sessions).

Will I get the digital files?

Digital images are currently available through the Digital Experience package and are free for our print experience customers for prints larger than 11 by 14 inches. Purchase one of our signature wall gallery collections and receive the full digital gallery from your session. The Print Experience package allows you to purchase the full digital gallery, but not individual digital photos.

How much are prints and products?

Will my photos be edited?

Yes! The proofs that you view during your ordering appointment will not be edited, but any images you select to purchase (either digitally and/or printed), will be fully edited and retouched.

How long will it take to get my prints after I order?

You can expect prints and products to arrive at your home approximately two weeks after you place you have placed your order. Digital collections and files will be delivered approximately one week after ordering, via an online gallery. You can download the images straight to your computer or share the gallery link with your family and friends.

When do I pay?

You pay when you schedule your session. That payment secures a Wave photographer for your chosen date and time. You purchase prints and products at your ordering appointment. Payment plans are available for large orders.

Is the initial investment refundable if I am unable to make the session?

Your initial investment is refundable for studio sessions, or it can be transferred to a different date and time. For beach photography sessions, the initial investment is non-refundable except in weather-related cases (see the next question for more details!).

What if it rains the day of my scheduled beach session?

At Wave, we schedule beach photography sessions Sunday through Wednesday. This allows several rescheduling options later in the week in the event that it rains on your original date. If we are unable to reschedule due to continued bad weather, then we will refund your initial investment. Please note: our beaches are stunning in a number of different weather conditions, and some of the prettiest sunsets occur on afternoons with some cloud cover. Rescheduling due to weather will be made at Wave’s discretion, and weather calls will be made no later than 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled day.

What if I don’t like my photographs?

At Wave, we are committed to not only meeting, but exceeding your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your proofs, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation, even if it means re-shooting.
