Describe your senior year in three words.
“Serendipitous, Momentous, Connective”
Your favorite high school memory?
“There really isn’t one singular moment or memory, for all of my high school experiences flow together to form one entire narrative that encapsulates the whole of those that I have had the privilege of getting to know over these past four years. Individuals that have each been distinct characters within this novel of my high school experiences, full of the myriad in spectrum of personality and event.”
What extracurricular activities where you involved in?
“FBLA (Two Term State President, variety of national positions, etc…), NHS, SNHS, ENHS, FNHS, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Feeding Florida, Ronald McDonald House, Medical Debt Crushers, Academic Team, etc…
What are your plans for after high school?
“Studying Public and International Policy at Princeton University (Or English and Comparative Literature), and then pursuing my JD/MBA in Graduate School.”
If you could have one song play every time you entered a room, which song would you choose?
“Hail to the Chief”
If you had the opportunity to travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
“Istanbul, Turkey to see family but also experience the coalescing cultures available.”
What are three things you must do in your lifetime?
“US Presidency, Publish a Novel, Teach a course at a university.”
How do you spend your free time?
“In a variety of ways: listening to the whole spectrum of music, writing, reading, watching films, enjoying the company of family and friends through conversation.”
If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
“Hawk (so that I can see all that is able to be seen with keen eyes and no limitation of height.)”
What inspires you?
“There are many people in my life that have acted as Inspirations, but additionally one thing I always find inspiration and motivation in are movies; I can put in Good Will Hunting, or Dead Poets Society, and afterwards find myself instinctively just moving to work or to write or to explore the world in some new facet. For people, the success that my parents have made for themselves, as well as the work the Rehwinkels have put in to their family and business, the balance that these individuals such as my state advisor for FBLA and board chair were able to find in life and in success.”

Where do you hope to be in 10 years?
“Working as either a corporate lawyer, or a policy and financial consultant, whilst moving into the political field.”
What’s the best advice you’ve been given? Who gave it to you?
“Carpe Diem, Seize the day for all that we can control is ourselves and this moment, we only live once and in this moment. (A variety of people, my parents, my karate instructor, professors, my mentors).”
If you were stranded on an island, what 5 things would you bring with you, and why?
“Given that my survival potential is very high (although it may not be): A volleyball named Wilson, a hatchet, a novel, infinitely charged mp3 full of music from every generation, Andrew Rehwinkel (but as the Genie from Aladdin with all the powers).”
What are you most proud of accomplishing while you were in high school?
“Again with the memories, there is not one specific accomplishment; but if I had to choose it would be my work as State President as well as my college acceptances, whilst all in balance with social life and time spent with friends and family.”
